大学生協が販売するノートパソコンについての雑感(修理について更新)

 

 

最初

自分だけのパソコン持ってないし \欲しい!/ って感じで購入

今思うといいのか悪いのか選択の良し悪しがわからない、多分十中八九悪い選択.

 

自分のときは

って言う程度の違いしかなかった(すべて順序は同順)

確か両者とも

  •  HDD 1TB
  •  RAM 4GB
  •  光学ドライブとマイクカメラ, SDカードスロットはビルトイン

だったはず.

 

 

前者は数量限定で前期受験者の購入がほとんどだったと思う.

後期受験の俺からすれば買うことはほぼ不可能

流石に教育学部だったかの進学者で

「わけもわからず赤色の方を買ったんだよね」という発言を聞いた時は驚いた

あなたは何を目的に数万円高いモデル買ったんだ?ゲームか?

 

翌年は富士通製, ストレージはSSDで, 光学ドライブ無しになってた, また大学や学科がOffice365の契約をしたりしたので強烈な負の感情が湧いた. 1年遅い.

ただ, どうもDynabookSSDモデルは交換しにくいようなのでHDDモデルであるという点だけは正解かな.

 

購入直後

 - イラつく初期設定のオンパレード  

はい, これね. ほとんど素人さん向けの説明会だったのはほんとにツライ, あと全員が一気に同じ手順でWi-Fiに接続するから回線が重くてしょうがない, 多分部屋を変えれば数分で済むソフトウェアのダウンロードもかなり時間がかかってしまった.

あと, ナレローとかいうすでにパソコンの操作にナレター人にとっては産業廃棄物未満の, もしくはHDDを無駄に占拠するだけのソフトウェアが存在し, そのライセンス料でもがPC本体の価格に入っていたということを知って呆れてものが言えなかった.

他にも絶対使わないっていうソフトがてんこ盛りだった.

ウイルス対策ソフトウェアはトレンドマイクロ社のウイルスバスタークラウド(4年分). RAM4GBを簡単に食べきってしまう害悪ソフトであったので即消した.

 

 - 余計なソフトてんこ盛り  

 先述の通り. 大学生に必要なノートパソコンっていうのは最低限のOSとOfficeソフトウェアが入ってさえいればいい. Officeに限って言えばVisioが入っているとなおいい. MS社なんとかして.

 

この時点でちょっと失敗だったかもという気がしたが, 他の人が使っているということはもし誰かが同モデルのパソコンを捨てたときに部品を調達できるという点で以下略

 

暫くあと

Windowsクソ. Office on Linuxほしい.

apt-get とかそういうのに類する機能欲しい. 環境変数? なにそれ

とまぁ主に窓にいらだちを感じる. 悪くはないんだけど初期OSが8というのが悪手すぎた

Win10に無料アップグレードできたのは良かったが, 大学生協側がアップグレードすることにナニカ警告入れてた記憶. あんな不便なOSはさっさとおさらばするが吉

 

さらにちょっとあと

あることに気がつく. 弊大学の弊学科最高やんここだけは価値がある.

Visual Studio, Windows OSをダウンロードでき, さらにVisioに出会い操作の快適性にハマる. が, やはり環境構築には一定のツラミがある

 

つい最近

パソコンが壊れた(物理的)

修理出すぞ

東芝は今やばいから修理に1ヶ月かかるんよ~」

ぼく「?!?!?キーが壊れてはどうしようもないし、遅くなったときの布石だろうなぁ、セキュリティ・キャンプ大丈夫かなぁ」

6営業日経過後

ぼく「おかしい、まだ見積もりが来ないなんて、ソフトウェア故障でもないしまして基盤水没や画面破壊でもないのだからもっと早く来るはずだ」

生協「問い合わせするやで」

ぼく「よろ」

生協「明日見積もり出るやで」

ぼく「まーだ出してなかったんかしかも請求したら翌日見積もり出るってどういうこっっちゃ」

さらに1日後

生協「こんな感じや、OK?」

ぼく「OK、はやくしてね」

さらに6営業日経過

ぼく「修理マダァ?」

生協「いい加減うるせぇからはやく修理してあげて」

東芝「おかのした」

 

つい先日

生協「修理終ったやで」

ぼく「やったー、東芝も生協もあいだの保険会社もやればできる子じゃないの」

費用支払(幾らかは後述)

帰宅後自宅の通信環境にチョット頭を抱え、Ethernetなら早くなるかもと期待して接続するも一切反応なし

アカンでコレは、もしかして移動中にやっちまったか?!と思い、以下の確認実行

 

1. EthernetのドライバーはWindows側がちゃんと認識している

2. Ethernetケーブルと接続先の機器はちゃんと機能していることが確認された

確認方法1:Raspberry PiEthernet接続するとちゃんと通信を開始した

確認方法2:Ethernet-USB変換アダプタでLive USB化したUbuntuを走らせたDynabookに接続するとちゃんと通信を開始した

3. 特に外傷もないし水もかけてない、大きな振動与えてない

 

生協でクレーム取り次ぐと時間がかかるのと、後述の連携でものすごく時間がかかるので、生協を飛ばして間の保険・修理請負会社に連絡、上記1~3を問い合わせると生協にPC渡して点検する、とのこと

 

ぼく「ふざけんなセキュリティ・キャンプまで一ヶ月もないのにまたPCを渡して猛烈に不愉快な代替機を使うハメになるのか!?」

 

ぼく、怒りのメーカーに直接クレーム

現在メーカー問い合わせ対応中

追記:進展ありました

1. メーカーは何らかのIDで修理対象機器を管理しているので、修理の問い合わせにはその番号が必要

2. 番号を管理しているのは私と東芝の間に入った団体のうち保険会社の方

3. 番号がないことにはメーカーでは直接対応できない

直ちにこのEthernetコネクタの故障が私の故意によるものではないことを第三者から保証を得る必要があると考え、大学生協に直行

大学生協側、修理の不手際を認め無償で再修理を実施することを確約

ぼく、夏休み期間の前半は修理に出せないことを通告、大学生協側はこれを確認し、後日無償修理請負を確約

修理対応のシステムについて

大学生協:PCの販売, 初期設定の講座, 修理受付, 代替機貸出や修理費用の受領を行う

保険兼修理会社:保険の見積もり, 簡易的な修理を行う. 難しい修理であればメーカーに依頼する模様.

メーカー:上記の会社に依頼される形で修理を請け負う模様

 

補償額について

購入日から

1年未満 :15万円 (入学時購入の場合は学部1年まで)

2年未満 :12万円 (入学時購入の場合は学部2年まで)

3年未満 :10万円 (入学時購入の場合は学部3年まで)

4年未満 :6万円 (入学時購入の場合は学部4年まで)

5年未満 :6万円  (以降明記なし)

修理を依頼して修理費用に必要な金額を算定、その修理費用で問題ないと依頼者が判断しGoサインを出した場合は, 毎回修理費用基本代金として5000円を負担し支払う必要がある

また, 例えば修理依頼時に学部二年であった場合は12万円まで保証されるが, 修理費用が12万円を超えた場合はその超過分を基本代金5000円に上乗せして支払う必要がある.

例:購入から二年未満である学部二年生がディスプレイ破損と水没でパソコンを壊してしまい, 修理費13万円(あくまでも例なので費用はいい加減に決めたものです、必ずしもこのような修理費用を保証するものではありません、ここに書かれた修理費用を根拠にクレーム入れるような馬鹿な真似はしないでください)

基本修理費用5000円 + (修理費:13万円-保証額:12万円) = 支払額15000円
